Projects are accepted with a minimum delivery timeframe of six months.(Delivery may be completed earlier depending on the production schedule.)

About credit notation
When we publish the results of our models, we will clearly state that the original design was created by the client.
There is no need to credit us.

The listed base price is the minimum amount and will not be reduced under any circumstances

Character design materials

Unless you have explicit permission, I cannot directly replicate designs from the provided materials.

We prohibit submitting requests that falsely represent existing characters, VTuber designs, or designs substantially similar to them, for which you do not hold copyright, as your own original work.
If it is discovered that the copyright information provided was false, I will immediately cease production.
I will not be able to offer refunds or resolve any disputes, so please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing your order. -

To create something that meets your satisfaction, I will not set a limit on the number of revisions. However, I kindly ask that you provide clear and specific instructions to avoid any delays in the process.

It would be helpful if you could provide all your requests at once, as this will make the production process smoother. However, if there are many changes, you are welcome to send them in batches as you go.

When submitting correction ideas, feel free to make direct annotations, color changes, or move positions on the images I submit. This will greatly help in making the revisions easier.

Payment
Please confirm the details of the quotation, and if you officially request the service, we will issue an invoice and ask you to make payment.
*We ask that you make payment within 5 days of invoice issuance.
*Please note that cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted after payment has been made.
*The request will be officially approved upon completion of payment.
4.
Creating a rough illustration
■ First draft
A rough draft will be created based on materials and information.
We will use this as a basis to refine the image.
We can also add or replace specifications depending on the content. (Additional fees may apply.)
■ Second draft
We will submit a rough draft that reflects the revision suggestions and requests received from you in the first draft.
If there are any corrections, submit another rough draft. If there are no problems, the rough draft will be finalized and we will move on to the final draft.
*Substantial revisions or changes after will not be accepted.
5.
Finalize the illustration and divide it into parts
As I make the clean copy, I separate the parts.
In order to smooth out the lines, the impression often differs from the rough sketch (thickness of the lines, roughness of the paint, etc.).
We will do our best to accommodate requests such as "I would like it to be closer to the rough draft," but due to the nature of illustrations separated into parts, we may not be able to meet your request.
